Crop til you drop!

 My friend, Jan and I went to a charity crop several months ago.  We had a great time and both of us were able to get plenty of pages done.
Unbeknownst to me...she managed to capture this photo of me.  Of course, I caught her off guard too.

So help me out.  When I go to a crop it seems that I pack everything but the kitchen sink.  I have to have my punches, my cricut, papers, pens, stamps, embellies, buttons, ribbons etc...  It usually takes me 2 trips to get everything into the building...  and then once I start cropping I have to allow a full hour for clean up and re-packing.  How do you all do it???  How do you manage to minimize what you take?
